The journey encompasses sections like lead generation, quoting, payment, proposal submission, and document upload, all designed to streamline the buying process. With the use of AEM Adaptive Forms and AEM LiveCycle Designer, we collected over 250 fields of user information and generated dynamic PDFs to support the journey.
Additionally, AEM Cloud Manager and AEM Enterprise Servers ensured seamless deployment and robust security. Through strategic integrations with third-party services like Karza, Fulcro, NSDL, and Netcore, we enhanced the journey with features like mobile authentication, document scanning, address matching, payment gateways, and more.
The list of what we were able to achieve includes resolving IT services issues, improving PDF generation performance, code enhancements, and addressing security vulnerabilities. The result is an enhanced digital experience that simplifies the insurance buying process and provides customers with personalized solutions.
