Through a strategic partnership with Nivabupa, we embarked on a digital transformation journey to revamp their online presence and introduce new features. Our goal was to leverage the capabilities of AEM, mongoDB, and sprint boot application to create a seamless end-to-end flow for health insurance policy purchases. Additionally, we implemented Analytics, Campaign, and Target to enhance user engagement and improve website performance. The project involved migrating the brand name from Maxbupa to Nivabupa, creating agent microsites, launching dropoff campaigns, introducing new health insurance plans, integrating a new payment gateway, redesigning the homepage, and personalizing user experiences through Adobe Target. With extensive collaboration and code refinements, we successfully delivered an enhanced customer experience, resulting in improved lead conversions and customer satisfaction.
