Challenges

Fragmented Global Presence

Apollo Tyres operated multiple brand and corporate sites with inconsistent UX, visual identity and localized structures. Managing nearly thirty countries and close to thirty languages made the fragmentation even more visible.

No Real Time Product Sync

The legacy setup could not handle complex product structures. Integrating with the company’s PIM, SyncForce, was crucial. Product information updates could not be synced into AEM reliably or in real time.

Heavy Operational Overhead

Teams struggled with non reusable components, duplicated effort and long publishing cycles across markets. There was no scalable way to manage templates for multi country sites.
